Sign in to the app and tap the Redeem tab in the bottom navigation bar, then enter the code you received from your organization.
Certificates become available once you've completed a course's materials and passed its quiz. You can view and download them from your enrolled courses under My Courses.
You can request account deletion from your Profile in the app, or follow the instructions at renewceu.com/delete-account.html.
